1. Refund Eligibility
All first-time purchases of SmartPDFly VIP Pro (including Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime plans) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the transaction timestamp.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email our billing desk at supportuthaoji@gmail.com or submit a ticket through our Support Desk with:
- Your billing email address used during checkout.
- Your VIP License Key (e.g.
SMART-VIP-XXXX-XXXX). - (Optional) A brief reason for cancellation so we can improve our software.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately through our payment processors (Stripe / LemonSqueezy). Funds typically appear on your original payment card or PayPal account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing schedule.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time without fees. When canceled, your VIP Pro privileges remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges will occur.
