By accessing or using SmartPDFly (accessible at smartpdfly.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Service Description & Client-Side Execution

SmartPDFly provides online document utilities including PDF merging, compression, splitting, encryption, text extraction, and digital signing. All operations take place locally within your browser using client-side JavaScript. We do not inspect, alter, or back up your document contents.

3. VIP Pro Subscriptions & License Keys

Users may subscribe to VIP Pro tiers (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime Access) to remove file size limits, enable unlimited batch processing, and suppress all advertisements.

• License Delivery: Upon successful payment, a cryptographic VIP License Key is generated and delivered immediately.
• Device Portability: A single license key may be used across your personal computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Fair Use: Sharing a single individual license key publicly on pirate forums or reseller platforms is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate key revocation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SmartPDFly to process documents that infringe on intellectual property rights, contain malware, or violate applicable national or international laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SmartPDFly or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the tools. Because all processing executes in your device's browser, you are encouraged to retain original backups of important documents before performing permanent splits or deletions.
